Hair Before: Fine, fragile and color-treated
Tools Needed: Black, straight perm rods. |

Section hair using a diagonal parting. Drag tool off base at a 45 degree angle. Wrap leaving ends of hair out to create a "mix" of textures. |

Alternate leaving hair out with wrapping all of the hair every other rod. |

Continue using diagonal parting with this method throughout the head. |

Process according to the directions on the Quantum perm of choice for color treated hair appropriate to the hair type. |
