Cleanse the hair with Quantum Clarifying Shampoo
for best results. |

Take 9 sections around the head as shown (fringe, top, sides
and back) and secure with vinyl elastic bands at the base into
a ponytail. (Figures a & b) |

Start at the top section. Split the ponytail in half. Take
one section, place end-wrap to the hair ends, wind the hair
forward to the base and secure bender rod. Take the next section,
place end-wrap to the hair ends, wind the hair back off base
and secure bender rod. (Figure c) |

Take the crown section. Split the ponytail in half. Take one
section, place end-wrap to the hair ends, wind the hair inward
to the base and secure bender rod. Take the next section, place
end-wrap to the hair ends, wind the hair outward off base and
secure bender rod. |

Repeat Step 3 on all remaining ponytails except for the fringe
area. |

Take the fringe area, pull section up and slightly over-directing
wrap in a traditional purple rod. Place two stabilizers under
the band of the rod. (Figure d) |

Before applying lotion, remove the vinyl elastic bands. Place
the end of a tail comb inside the elastic, and gently cut it
off. To secure each rod, wind down to base. Repeat on all ponytails.

Process according to the directions in the Quantum perm of choice appropriate to the hair type. |
